It's big enough to waterski, tube, or sail, but small enough to kayak, canoe and fish. When we first saw the property, the sun was shining brightly and the views up both sides of the lake from the point were breathtaking. The house is placed perfectly so that the screened porch faces the sunset and the kitchen windows face the swimming dock so that you can watch the kids. Up high, overlooking the water, the large screened porch feels like you're living in a treehouse, and is our favorite place for most of the seasons. The house is very cozy with a main room stone fireplace and another in the master bedroom. Perfect for a cold winter's night after cross-country skiing! Some of our favorite activities are drinking steaming coffee on the dock in the early morning, canoeing down the Chippewa River into Moose Lake, roasting s'mores in the campfire pit, dinner by candlelight on the porch, watching falling stars at night on the dock, and, of course, those big blueberry pancake breakfasts!"
